These are the rules for using Bloom. They're short because the app is simple. By using Bloom you agree to them.

What Bloom is (and isn't)

Bloom is a habit and self-care challenge app. It is not medical, mental-health, nutrition, or fitness advice. Your AI partner is a motivational companion, not a therapist, doctor, or dietitian — she'll tell you the same if you ask. For anything health-related, talk to a professional. If you're struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or a local helpline.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Bloom. You're responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it whenever you like from Profile → Delete my account.

Bestie pairing

Invite codes are for people you actually know. Once linked, your bestie sees your name, day, daily completion, and streak — by design. Be kind; don't use Bloom to harass anyone. Either of you can unlink at any time.

Fair use

Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the app or its AI features, and don't use the AI chat to generate content that's illegal or harmful. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions

Bloom's core experience is free. If you buy Premium, billing runs through your app store, renews until you cancel there, and follows the store's refund rules.

Our content, your content

The app, its characters, and its design are ours. Your progress, photos, and words are yours — we claim no ownership, and your photos never even leave your phone.

No promises, within reason

We work hard to keep Bloom running and your streak safe, but the app is provided "as is" — we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change meaningfully, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Bloom means you accept the update.
