Delete your account

Bloom by RiekApps

You can delete your Bloom account and all data we hold about you directly in the app — no email required, no waiting period.

In the app

Profile (bottom tab) → scroll to the bottom → Delete my account → confirm.

That's it. It takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

Your account (anonymous or Google/Apple-linked)
Your synced challenge progress, streak, and settings
Your bestie pair link, if you have one
All Bloom data stored on your device

Photos in your polaroid diary only ever live on your phone — Bloom wipes its local data on deletion, and uninstalling the app removes anything left.

What's kept

Nothing tied to you. Standard server logs (which don't identify your account content) expire automatically within days.

If you can't use the app

Lost your phone or can't open Bloom? Email riekapps@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (Google or Apple), subject "Delete my Bloom account", and we'll do it within 7 days and confirm back.
